If you have read the Railroad Poetry Project Manifesto and believe that Railroad is an appropriate representative to exhibit your poetry then please submit your genius following these guidelines:
- Paste three poems into the body of an email. If you have special formatting requirements, please state and add attachments as an alternative; subject lines should include your name and title of first poem
- Emails should include all contact details including:
- Name
- Pseudonyms (if applicable)
- Email address
- A link to your blog or website so that we can link your work in case of publication
- A short biography – this is optional – but we genuinely love to hear about Railroad contributors and their work
We cannot pay you at present because nobody ever pays us but we can send lots of beautiful traffic your way and give you a platform from which you can promote your work.
All poetry submissions should be sent to the editors at railroadpoetryproject@gmail.com
The Railroad ‘Unadulterated Creativity’ Promise
“If most editors don’t want it – we probably will”
There are no restrictions on poem content, theme, length or form: if you want to send to us, we want your work. We don’t want you to feel turned away by our ‘guidelines’ – so we haven’t got any. We thrive on poetry, and we want as much of it as we can get. Your creativity will roll into ours; the creative beat then moves into our online issues, as your work comes together with ours to form part of our online magazine, a beatific shrine to pure, unadulterated creativity.
