so finally a few days of no sub-zero record-breaking ass freezing creature killing exceptionally stupid cold crap weather. so cold here the lake froze solid. it never freezes. pipes froze. I lived in Canada for two winters and the pipes never froze! hard on the wild creatures too. the swans trying to land on what they thought was water slip sliding away…

no fox-hunting though which is good.

anyway. packing for america continues. looks like Stratford ct. is the destination. sometime in march, as soon as paper work, contracts etc are done then we go.

Todays activities: yoga, meditation, made veggie soup (potatoes parsnips carrots shalots celery, coriander leaf, herds d Provence, white wine, olive oil, Maldon salt, dash tamari, woster,tbsp irish whiskey, cream,  boil til soft, blend untill thick n creamy).

Pasta with garlic spinach shalots celery carrot garlic ( two-three fistfuls spinach, half large carrot chopped to small sticks, celery garlic shalots chopped fine together, olive oil 8-10 anchovies chopped, cook with dash white one til veg are soft, add spinach cook til soft and mixed well, add abt half pound of cooked pasta stir up until coated, serve with red chile flakes or not. enough for two.

made two loaves white yeast bread.

haircut shower shave coffee.

mess about on puter.

get ready for dinner –

coke a cola ham, veggies, potatoes parsnip mash, red wine from Sicilia or maybe a beer from who knows where?
