    Thanks for the addendum re: wise/provocative adages from Alberto Moravia. Too bad, his popularity has been temporary eclipsed by Umberto Eco. Had a ball poring through seven of my kiddies papers on James Joyce’s “Clay.” Looks like they continue to mouth off the matter of paralysis (not just Maria, I told them, but also of Ireland at the time and of the Roman Catholic Church), obviously from a previous mentor. Enjoy the rest of the weekend, amigo, and don’t forget to attend Mass tomorrow, Sunday (how’s that imperative from Ed and Scott?) Best to all.
